Hye all..remember about Petfinder.com that i post previously? Finally I managed to find a cute friend for Darling. Her name is Whitey.

Special thanks to Ms. Nieza Abdullah who allow me to adopt Whitey and always being with me through out the process of making Darling and Whitey get along. At first, I was having trouble of making them become friends, as Whitey kept hissing and act defensively towards Darling. As for Darling, she was so keen to play with her new friend. Lots of advice given by Ms. Nieza have help so much in order for me to understand Whitey's behavior and her routine. Thanks to the technology also, as I learned a lot from goggling on the step to make cats get along, and I found this site: petnewsandviews, and watching videos on that on Youtube. Finally, within one week, Whitey started to be gentle and can share room with Darling. They also started to play together and chasing each other. That is a very good sign! Now, I don't have to worry so much as Darling has friends as me and my husband are busy with works and studies.

What I learned from having cats is, it teaches me how to be extra patient as cats are very sensitive. And, one more thing that I learned, with help of internet, I can gain knowledge about almost ever thing! So, moral of the story is, make sure you use the internet for good purposes, and patience will bear fruit. So, I want to share the video that taught me on how to make cats get along. Enjoy!! Meow..meow..

Advantages:
Convenience--Credit cards can save you time and trouble--no searching for an ATM or keeping cash on-hand.

Record keeping--Credit card statements can help you track your expenses. Some cards even provide year-end summaries that really help out at tax time.

Low-cost loans--You can use revolving credit to save today (e.g., at a one-day sale), when available cash is a week away.

Instant cash--Cash advances are quick and convenient, putting cash in your hand when you need it.

Perks--From frequent flier miles to discounts on automobiles, there is a program out there for everyone. Many credit card companies offer incentive programs based on the amount of purchases you make.

Build positive credit--Controlled use of a credit card can help you establish credit for the first time or rebuild credit if you've had problems in the past--as long as you stay within your means and pay your bills on time.

Purchase protection--Most credit card companies will handle disputes for you. If a merchant won't take back a defective product, check with your credit card company.

Balance surfing--Many credit card companies offer low introductory interest rates. These offers allow you to move balances to lower-rate cards.

Disadvantages:
Overuse--Revolving credit makes it easy to spend beyond your means.

Paperwork--You'll need to save your receipts and check them against your statement each month. This is a good way to ensure that you haven't been overcharged.

High-cost fees--Your purchase will suddenly become much more expensive if you carry a balance or miss a payment.

Unexpected fees--Typically, you'll pay between 2 and 4 percent just to get the cash advance; also cash advances usually carry high interest rates.

No free lunch--The high interest rates and annual fees associated with credit cards often outweigh the benefits received. Savings offered by credit cards can often be obtained elsewhere.

Deepening your debt--Consumers are using credit more than ever before. If you charge freely, you may quickly find yourself in over your head--as your balance increases, so do your monthly minimum payments.

Homework--It's up to you to make sure you receive proper credit for incorrect or fraudulent charges.

Teaser rates--Low introductory rates may be an attractive option, but they last only for a limited time. When the teaser rate expires, the interest rate charged on your balance can jump dramatically.

Cats and technology. Perhaps both words sound unrelated. I'm a cat lover. And what it's got to do with technology? "Petfinder.com" connects cats and technology. I have a cute naughty cuddly cat named 'Darling'. She's the second best company of mine after my husband. :) She loves when me and my husband are around and loves to play with us. But pity her as both of us are very busy with five days of working and 2 days of part time studying in a week. So, my husband suggested we adopt another cat so that Darling won't be alone whenever we are not around. So happen one day I found out about a website which advertised on missing pets, and also pets for adoption all over Malaysia. Petfinder.com quickly catches my attention. On the site I can choose the pet or specifically cat that I interested for adoption and can straight away contact the owner or rescuer of the cat. Now I see what technology can do in this aspect. Now, with the help of Petfinder.com, I am in the midst of dealing for an adorable white Siamese cat to adopt. Hopefully Darling can get a friend soon! Meowmeow.....

Testing 1,2,3...hehe...I'm officially a blogger now!! Wow!! What a feeling!! Many thanks to Prof. Norzaidi who is responsible to open my eyes to a whole new perspective of venturing into IT world!! :) This blogging thing has never came across my mind, as before this and in fact now also, I don't have any Facebook account..Sigh!! It's not that I'm being like Malays always said "katak bawah tempurung" (haha),or being anti-social, but i prefer to enjoy my life in real world rather than in IT world. But I would say, a month of MIS 750 class with Prof. Norzaidi has brought a new way of enjoying life more than I can see in front of my eyes. So, please bare with me as I'm adapting with this new technology (new for me only, perhaps!). Till then...meowmeow..
